Tuesday Afternoon, November 29
TODAY: Temperatures this afternoon are struggling to climb into the 50s this afternoon, as clouds are slow to exit. However, by early afternoon, most if not all locations will be under mostly sunny skies with rising temperatures near 60. South winds at 5-10 mph will shift to the west-northwest late in the day as cooler air moves in.
TONIGHT: Skies look to become mostly clear with a west/northwesterly wind. For the evening commute expect temperatures still mild in the low 50s, with temperatures gradually cooling to the upper 30s by midnight. Look for lows in the mid to low 30s.
EXTENDED: Wednesday will be breezy and much cooler with high temperatures in the mid 40s. Westerly winds at 10-15 mph will gust as high as 25 Wednesday, producing wind chills in the mid to upper 30s as clouds move through. Thursday and Friday mornings look to be even colder with a wind chill around 26-30 before 8AM. We will stay dry through Friday with nights dipping into the mid to upper 20s and days staying in the 40s. The weekend stays chilly with a slight rain chance Saturday night to areas near I-70 and south where .10″ or less looks possible. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
