Woman refuses treatment after crash on highway HH
After a crash on highway HH Friday morning just northeast of Columbia, a woman is refusing treatment.
The driver claims that there was heavy fog, and she swerved to avoid a deer before going into a ditch. Authorities say that the driver was making a left turn around a curve near Brown Station Road and highway HH.
