Friday Evening, November 25
TONIGHT: Clouds will finally be tracking out of Mid-Missouri, giving way to a very cool evening. Lows tonight will bottom out in the lower 30s, just below freezing. With the return of moisture, expect some patchy fog to develop in low lying locations through the evening hours. Winds will remain out of the southwest under 8 mph.
SATURDAY: Any fog that develops overnight will quickly lift as we head to the 9 am timeframe. The dry, cool weather continues into Saturday with highs in the mid 50s. Mostly sunny skies are expected, with a light wind picking up after the morning hours around 9 to 13 mph.
EXTENDED: Sunday will be warmer in the upper 50s. Another storm system will bring an increasing chance of rain Sunday, which will linger into Monday and early Tuesday. It is looking likely for all rain, not snow, with this next system since temperatures will remain above freezing for the passage of the system. Colder air moves in by next Tuesday with highs maxing out at 50 degrees. Even colder temperatures for Wednesday and Thursday. Highs will stay into the 40s, but we will be dry for Wednesday and Thursday. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
