Court agrees with conviction of Columbia man who threatened judge

After threatening a judge and her husband in 2015, Frank Jindra’s sentence of serving five years of supervised probation has been agreed upon by courts.

Jindra called and threatened to shoot Judge Leslie Schneider because she didn’t grant him a restraining order back in February of 2015. He also said that he was armed with a rifle and the judge would be on the evening news.
