Columbia massage employee charged with sexual abuse of a client
The Boone County prosecutor’s office charged a massage worker Friday with three counts of misdemeanor second-degree sexual abuse for allegedly touching one of his clients inappropriately.
According to the probable cause statement, the female victim bought a massage from Zeqiu Feng at Relax Station inside the Columbia Mall on July 8.
She claims Feng fondled her breasts, rubbed himself against her, touched her vaginal area on the outside of her clothes and kissed her neck.
During an interview with Columbia police, the victim said Feng would not let her get up until the massage was over. Court documents said mall surveillance showed Feng following the woman after she left the business. She then reported what happened to mall security, and officers confronted Feng.
In February 2015, the Florida Department of Health served Feng with a cease-and-desist notice for practicing message therapy without a license in Brandon, Florida.
ABC 17 News reached out to Columbia police and the mall for more details on the alleged incident, but did not hear back Friday. ABC 17 News also called Relax Station and asked if a Mr. Feng still worked there. An employee said yes, but said he was not at the business Friday night.
The prosecutor’s office is asking for a $9,000 bond. According to the probable cause statement, Feng is not allowed to have contact with the victim and to not be inside the Columbia Mall.
