Trial set for man accused of 2015 campus rape
A man accused of raping and robbing a woman on Mizzou’s campus is set to head to trial this week.
Mohamed Mostafa’s case is expected to be heard Wednesday morning in Boone County.
The alleged attack happened in May 2015 near University Hall.
According to court documents, Mostafa was arrested in August 2015 after surveillance video and a DNA test helped investigators identify him as the suspect.
Mostafa has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
