Thursday Afternoon, November 10
TODAY: Thanks to high pressure, sunny skies is in the forecast. It will be a mild afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid to upper 60s, with southwesterly winds at 6-12 mph. There will be a slight breeze for areas north of I-70 where sustained winds could reach 15 mph.
TONIGHT: Skies remain clear overnight with winds shifting to the north after midnight. It won’t be as chilly with temperatures in the low 40s overnight. Patchy fog looks possible across Jefferson City late tonight and early Friday morning.
EXTENDED: Another cold front moves through early Friday morning, dropping high temperatures to near 58 Friday and keeping us only in the mid to upper 50s Saturday under sunny skies. The coldest night this week looks to be Friday night. Frost will be likely as temperatures dip into the low to mid 30s. Areas east of HWY 63 could drop to the freezing mark Friday and Saturday nights. High clouds will move in Sunday with high temperatures near 60 .
