Boone County results: Senate and House Representatives
RESULTS:
Caleb Rowden has won the 19th District Senate seat with 45,260 votes compared to Webber’s 43,106.
Cheri Reisch has won the 44th District House Seat with 8.953 votes compared to Pauley’s 7,204.
Kip Kendrick has won the 45th District House Seat with 8,679 votes compared to Lee’s 3,518.
Chuck Basye has won the 47th House of Representative seat with 7,482 compared to McClintic’s 6,697.

Tonight, several Boone County candidates are going head to head to fight it out for seats in the Missouri House of Representatives and the Senate.
Here is a breakdown of each of the races:
Missouri’s 19th State Senate
Stephen Webber (D) and Caleb Rowden (R) are fighting it out tonight, each hoping to win the 19th District Senate seat.
Webber was elected back in 2008 as the District Representative for District 46, serving four terms. Rowden is finishing up his second term as the District Representative for District 44.
Webber a former University of Missouri Law Graduate, wants to continue his commitment to public education and local schools. Rowden said he believes government spending and higher taxes will not stimulate the economy and bring jobs to Missouri.
Missouri’s 44th District House
Tom Pauley (D) is running for the 44th District State Representative seat against Cheri Reisch (R).
Pauley wants to create positive change through an ethics centered role. Pauley believes that legislators need to fully support public schools, and not just offer empty promises.
Reisch is the former Mayor of Hallsville and has said she also wants to provide ethical and responsible service in Jefferson City.
Missouri’s 45th District House
Kip Kendrick (D) is running for his second term as the 45th District House Seat against William Lee (I).
Kendrick was elected to the Representative seat in 2014, serving one term. According to the Kendrick campaign, Kendrick has helped balance the state budget without raising taxes, and fought to protect teacher and state worker pensions as a member of the House Committee on Pensions.
William Lee is an Independent running against Kendrick and hasn’t held public office in the past. But according to his Facebook page, Lee was born in Centralia and is fighting for the principles the county was founded on. ” These principles have driven me to become involved because I believe that if we do nothing to change where we are going we have no room to complain where we end up,” he wrote on his page.
Missouri’s 46th District House
Martha Stevens (D) is running for the 46th District State Representative seat against Don Waterman (R).
Stevens has spent years advocating increased health care access through Medicaid expansion. Stevens says there is a need for public policy and legislation to serve as a vehicle to address social and economic inequalities.
Waterman said he wants to focus on job creation, education and mental health. He is also endorsed by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
Missouri’s 47th District House
Susan McClintic (D) is running for the 47th House of Representative seat against Chuck Bayse (R), who has served a single term.
McClintic has 28 year’s of experience in education teaching elementary and special education students. Valuing education, the economy, Mizzou, and the medical community.
According to the Bayse campaign, he is a “friend of agriculture” and a business owner who wants to continue to focus on the economy, higher education and agriculture. His education promises also include more money for K-12 education.
