Tuesday Evening, November 8
TONIGHT: As skies clear tonight and cooler air moves in, temperatures will drop into the upper 30s. A Frost Advisory is in effect for Chariton and Macon counties from 3 to 9 AM Wednesday. Patchy frost will be possible for areas north of I-70 while areas south will stay near 40 with northerly winds under 5 mph.
WEDNESDAY: Although skies will be sunny Wednesday, high temperatures will stay in the upper 50s to near 60 with a light northerly breeze under 6 mph.
EXTENDED: Lows will drop into the mid to upper 30s Wednesday night with areas of frost possible. We will warm a few degrees Thursday with high temperatures in the low to mid 60s under sunny skies. Another cold front moves through early Friday morning, dropping high temperatures to near 60 Friday and keeping us only in the mid to upper 50s Saturday. The coldest night this week looks to be Friday night. Frost will be likely as temperatures dip into the low to mid 30s. Areas east of HWY 63 and could drop to the freezing mark Friday night.
