Sunday Evening, November 6
TONIGHT: Another chilly night in store for mid-Missouri! Temperatures will be dropping into the upper 40s through the evening hours and dropping even lower by the morning time. Clouds will build throughout the evening hours as a low pressure system is nearing. Winds will remain light out of the southeast around 7mph.
MONDAY: The beginning of our workweek will start off chilly in the mid 40s. We will be reaching the low of 45 degrees around 6 AM. Expect clouds to continue to increase throughout the day with our high temperature reaching the upper 60s. Winds will be calm around 3-6 mph out of the south. By late Monday night, due to an approaching cold front, we have a slight chance of rain with 0.25″ to 0.5″ rain possible for areas south of US 50. The rest of our viewing area has the potential to receive up to 0.1″ with localized areas potentially receiving about 0.25″.
EXTENDED: Our best chance for rain will be early Tuesday morning, but it will not be heavy or severe. After the cold front moves through late Tuesday morning, we will be seeing dry and sunny conditions for the remainder of Tuesday and for the rest of the week. High temperatures will stay in the mid to upper 60s much of next week with nights cooling into the 40s.
