Fulton man seriously injured after crash on I-70
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in Callaway County Sunday morning.
It happened around 10 a.m. in the westbound lanes at mile marker 144 just outside of Kingdom City.
Troopers said the driver, Robert Jones, 46, drove off the left side of the road, overcorrected, flipped his car and was ejected.
He was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries. According to the crash report, Jones was not wearing a seat belt.
