Lanes back open after crash on Highway 63 South

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Boone County Fire Dept. responded to a car crash on Highway 63 Friday night.

The crash happened north of Jefferson City just before 8:00 p.m.

Fire officials told ABC 17 News that a car was traveling northbound and then flipped, landing in the southbound lanes.

Traffic slowed for about an hour while crews cleaned up the scene.

Three people were in the car. All were transported to local hospitals to be treated for minor injuries.
