Gravel spill causing traffic delays in north Boone County
Boone County EMA is warning drivers about some delays in the northern part of the county Wednesday morning.
It sent an alert out around 7:30 Wednesday morning warning drivers about traffic congestion near Creasy Springs and Prairieview Drive.
Boone County EMA says the back-up is due to a gravel spill in the area.
Its advising drivers to find a different route if possible.
ABC 17 News is working to find out what caused the gravel spill and when its expected to be picked up. We’ll update this story as we learn more.
