Endangered Person Advisory for Boone County

Shelly D. Overstreet-James, 51, has been declared as an endangered person on Monday.

Overstreet-James is a 5 foot 3 inch white female who weighs 160 pounds. She has brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing red hospital scrubs. She was in a red 2004 Pontiac Grand Am with the Missouri license plate MN5W5Z, which last seen at 12705 Highway YY, Harrisburg, Missouri.

Overstreet-James was released from Mid Missouri Mental Health Center on Sunday and returned to her home in Harrisburg. While at the home, she attempted to cut herself with a knife. She suffers from depression and anxiety.

Anyone with any information related to the endangered missing person should call the Boone County Sheriff’s Office at 573-751-1111 or 911.
