CPD say outreach unit is working
As ABC 17 News has reported to you, the Columbia Police Department has been hosting community meetings in various parts of the city. Some of those areas have had higher crime rates than others,
One recent meeting was held at Derby Ridge Elementary and involved residents and the CPD’s Community Outreach Unit.
Lt. Geoff Jones is part of that unit and was at the Derby Ridge meeting.
