Five Fulton residents arrested on drug charges

Five Fulton residents were arrested Wednesday after law enforcement officers served two separate search warrants.

Just after noon, officers from the Fulton Police Department served a warrant at 812 Center Street in Fulton where they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm. 27 year-old Gabriel Wainwright was arrested for unlawful possession of a concealable weapon, unlawful possession of an illegal weapon, child endangerment, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 32 year-old Heather Schoening was arrested for child endangerment, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail.

Just after 10pm Wednesday, Fulton Police and members of the Mustang Drug Task Force served a warrant at 206 Tyler Street, Apartment A, where they found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 32 year-old Brian Halsey was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 42 year-old John Atterberry was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail. 23 year-old Emily Bush was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.

Fulton Police say that the investigation is ongoing, and further charges could be pending.
