Camdenton man arrested after September manhunt

Michael K. Regehr, 32, of Camdenton, has been arrested in Lake Ozark following a September manhunt.

The chase led officials to lockdown the School of the Osage buildings on Sept. 26.

The Lake Ozark Police Department took Regehr into custody Wednesday night.

Police said they received a tip that Regehr was at a home off Highway W in Lake Ozark.

Regehr reportedly tried to run from officers, but ran back inside of the home.

After a short struggle with law enforcement, Regeher was arrested and taken to the Camden County Jail.

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted the Lake Ozark Police Department in making the arrest.

Public records show Regeher was charged in Camden County on Sept. 29 with one count of felony second-degree burglary and one count of misdemeanor theft.
