Driver flips car on Creekland Road, no serious injuries
Two teens are not seriously hurt after crashing off Creekland Road Friday afternoon. The truck flipped onto its roof after landed in a creek near Peabody Lane off Highway 63, about 15 minutes north of Columbia.
ABC 17 News talked to the Boone County sheriff’s department. Firefighters were also at the scene. The teenage driver was not injured, and his passenger went to the hospital as a precaution.
Officials believe he lost control while going around a curve, before leaving the roadway.
