TONIGHT: Expect another chilly night with temperatures dropping into the upper 40s overnight with light winds and clear skies. Some patchy fog may form along rivers late overnight and into Sunday morning.
SUNDAY: Sunday will be great to head outside and enjoy everything fall has to offer with temperatures warming to the low 70s with very low humidity and mostly clear skies. Temperatures overnight will not be as cool as earlier in the weekend with a low near 52 high pressure moves away from Mid-Missouri and will lead to warmer air moving in.
EXTENDED: Temperatures will slowly increase throughout the beginning of the week with dry, mild weather continuing into Tuesday. There is a slight rain chance mainly north of I-70 Tuesday as a weak upper level disturbance zips through. A better chance of rain comes on Wednesday as a cold front moves through the area during the day, bringing a chance of scattered showers. Following the front and rain on Wednesday comes cooler temperatures returning with high temperatures for the end of next week in the mid 60s.
