Four arrested after officers find weed and guns during search warrant

Four men were arrested after officers say they found drugs and guns while executing a search warrant.

The East Central Drug Task Force says it executed the warrant in the 800 block of South Clark Street during the late afternoon hours Thursday.

Officers say during the search, they arrested 21-year-old Lewis Cranmer, 18-year-old Trevor Pepper, 18-year-old Philip Rott, and 18-year-old Trent Jeffries.

They also say they seized marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and two firearms.

Cranmer and Pepper were arrested on suspicion of manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a public nuisance, and unlawfully use of a weapon.

Rott and Jeffries were arrested on suspicion of possession marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
