Suspicious clowns spotted in Moberly
UPDATE 9/28: Major Rice with the Fulton police has confirmed that officers stopped a male Westminster student wearing a clown mask sometime overnight, near the Westminster campus. He says the department was called for a couple of sightings yesterday that also included the Williams Woods campus.
The vehicle description is similar in those reports, so they suspect it is the same person. The student was warned and cautioned but not arrested.
