Two arrested in Moberly shots fired incident

Moberly Police were called to the 100 block of Jefferson Avenue around 10:15 Thursday night for reports of shots fired.

According to the Moberly Police Department, there was an argument between two people involving an air rifle.

Officers arrested a 23-year-old and 19-year-old man in connection to the incident. Police said property damage charges are still pending.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the investigation.

The two men are currently in the Randolph County Jail.
