Nevada Company buys Isle of Capri casinos

A Nevada company has agreed to buy Isle of Capri Casinos for more than $1.5 billion.

The deal includes more than $900 million of long-term debt held by the casinos.

Isle of Capri operates 14 casinos in 7 states, including the Boonville location.
