76-year-old man recovering after ATV crash

A man is recovering from serious injuries sustained during an ATV crash.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, it happened at 5 p.m. Friday in Camden County on Friar Tuck Road, near Oakmont Road.

Troopers say a truck was pulling both a trailer and an ATV, and the man was riding on the ATV. At one point, the ATV and trailer became detached from the truck, causing the ATV to overturn.

The 76-year-old man was ejected from the ATV and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the truck does not appear to have been injured.
