Marginal Threat for Severe Weather Friday Afternoon
A cold front will bring relatively cooler air to the area this weekend, with below normal temperatures in the low 80s. Ahead of this front, there looks to be a low risk for severe weather from 2PM-8PM. The areas shaded in green are under a Marginal Risk today. Storms that develop later in the day could bring strong wind gusts closer to HWY 54, the Ozarks, and I-44. Heavy rain will also be possible if storms to develop. By 8PM-10PM this storm system looks to weaken, with rain chances diminishing in the night time hours. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
