Mid-Missouri man run over by farming equipment

A mid-Missouri man is recovering after he was run over Tuesday afternoon.

Callaway County deputies told ABC 17 News the man stopped on County Road 391, near Holts Summit, to fix a mechanical problem with his tractor.

While the man was working on the tractor, it rolled forward. He was run over a by a Brush Hog being towed by the tractor.

The man was taken to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries.

He is expected to be OK.
