Fulton police arrest man after serving search warrant
Fulton police arrested a man Tuesday after serving a search warrant on Tyler Street.
Officers searched the home just before 6 p.m. They say they found numerous items of drug paraphernalia and two firearms.
Police arrested Brian Halsey for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Callaway County jail on a $9,500 bond.
