Gov. Jay Nixon to recognize Cole County workforce readiness

Two months after the Jefferson City Council approved an $8 million bond for the company’s expansion, Gov. Jay Nixon will recognize Modern Litho Print Co. for its local workforce development efforts.

In an announcement Monday, Nixon is expected to announce “new developments in local workforce readiness efforts.”

Modern Litho Print Co. expects the expansion to create more than 50 jobs over the next 5 years.

ABC 17 News will have a reporter at the announcement Monday morning.
