Suspect identified in Osage Beach shooting incident

UPDATE: Police have identified the suspect in Thursday’s shooting in Osage Beach.

Deandre Foxx, 32, has been charged with assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. He’s at the Camden County Jail on no bond right now.

ORIGINAL: Police in Osage Beach have arrested one person following a shooting which left one person with minor injuries.

Shortly after midnight on Thursday, officers went to a home on Mace Road after getting reports of gunfire. During the investigation, they learned a man and woman came to the home, and the man got into an argument with other people.

At one point, the man allegedly got a shotgun from his vehicle and fired it three times. Pellets from one of the shots hit another person in the head, causing minor injuries. That victim was treated at the scene.

Police arrested the man who allegedly fired the shotgun; his name has not been released.
