Missouri Farm Bureau’s FARM-PAC endorses Koster and Hawley

Missouri Farm Bureau’s FARM -PAC met at its headquarters in Jefferson City Friday to endorse candidates for Missouri governor and attorney general.

Members voted to support Democrat Chris Koster in his bid for governor. He is competing against Republican Eric Greitens in November.

University of Missouri law professor and Republican Josh Hawley also gained FARM-PAC’s support to become attorney general. He is running against Democrat Teresa Hensley.

For any endorsement to stand, two-thirds of the votes must favor a candidate.

Missouri Farm Bureau President Blake Hurst said the FARM -PAC will now focus its attention on supporting the endorsed candidates.
