Fulton man arrested in shots fired incident

A Fulton man is in the Callaway County jail after being arrested on possible charges of unlawful use of a weapon and driving while impaired.

Just after one Tuesday morning, the Fulton Police department received several calls of shots fired in the area of E. 8th and Grand. They also received information that a vehicle was fleeing the area.

Officers located the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Rodney Nettles, and arrested him.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.

Nettles’ bond is set at $10,000.
