Columbia suspect arrested for meth operation

A Columbia man landed in jail, after the Boone County sheriff’s department claims it busted a hotel room and found evidence of a drug ring.

Philip Pearl was arrested Wednesday morning at Wingate Court near the connector. He is accused of selling drugs in mid-Missouri.

Deputies and police also searched a car and storage unit, uncovering an ounce of meth and more than $10,000 in cash.
