Jefferson City man injured in motorcycle crash
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving a motorcycle Friday afternoon on Rock Ridge Road.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m.
Troopers said the motorcycle driver, Derek Moore, was trying to pass a car in a no passing zone. Authorities said he then hit another car as it was turning into a driveway.
Moore was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
The driver of the car wasn’t hurt.
