Risk for Severe Weather Tuesday Night
Tuesday night will bring a slight risk for severe thunderstorms for areas west of US 63 and north of I-70. Storms look likely they will increase late, mainly after 9PM moving in near HWY 65 by 9PM-11PM and near US 63 by 11PM-1AM. This line looks to track east through Wednesday morning, where the risk for severe weather will shift east of HWY 54 through 7AM.The risk with overnight storms will be damaging 60 mph winds and large 1″ diameter hail or greater. Rainfall amounts look to be meager bringing .25″ or less for areas south of I-70 and .25″ to .50″ north. Flash Flooding is not likely with Tuesday night’s storms.
