Man charged for involuntary manslaughter scheduled for pre-trial conference.

The truck driver that caused a multi-vehicle collision is now scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Monday.

Anthony West was charged with involuntary manslaughter for the deadly July 2015 accident on I-70 in Boone County which caused the death of 79-year-old Margaret Haile of Auxvasse.

Multiple warning signs about traffic, including a state trooper’s patrol lights flashing on the highway, West failed to heed to them all.
