No arrests made after shooting on Sylvan Lane
UPDATE:As of Saturday morning, Columbia Police had not made any arrests or released a suspect description for the shooter. ABC 17 News also asked about the two previous incidents, a homicide and another shooting in the area, but police said there were no new developments in either of those cases.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Police were called to the 1600 block of Sylvan Lane around 6:30 p.m. Friday night in Columbia to reports of shots fired.
An ambulance was leaving the scene when ABC 17 News crews arrived.
A sergeant on scene confirmed with ABC 17 News that a 22-year-old man suffered two gunshot wounds to the neck area and was found in a parking lot behind an apartment complex on Sylvan Lane.
The sergeant said the victim was being uncooperative with police.
There is no suspect description at this time.
A resident told ABC 17 News he saw a group of young men near the corner of Whitegate and Sylvan. He said he later heard one gunshot.
This shooting comes one month after a homicide in the same area. Gabrielle Rhodes, 24, was shot and killed on April 25 in the 1500 block of Sylvan Lane.
Then on May 14 Columbia Police investigated another early morning shots fired. No one was hurt in that incident.
