Crash at Highway 50 and Monroe Street briefly slows traffic
A two-vehicle crash at Highway 50 and Monroe Street briefly had one lane of traffic closed, but the roads are completely open now.
The crash happened at around 9:30 Monday morning; ABC 17 News has confirmed air bags did deploy as a result of the crash.
One of the drivers was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with moderate injuries, the other was treated at the scene and refused to be transported.
Investigators say the crash happened because one driver failed to stop at the traffic light.
