Man arrested for aggravated stalking charges

A Texas man wanted for aggravated stalking was being held without bond in the Boone County Jail as of Friday night.

ABC 17 News broke the story when Jimmy Thomas was charged in March, accused of making harassing phone calls to a worker at University Hospital in Columbia.

Just last week, a former surgeon at the hospital, Gregory McClain, was also charged in the case.

The men are accused of threatening a former co-worker who had filed a sexual harassment complaint against McClain.

Thomas’ next court date is set for April 26.
