Three suspects charged for Stillwater Robbery
Three suspects have been charged after a robbery on Stillwater Drive around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Tyrone James III, 18, Armon Greer, 19, Kerwin Tamyrus Johnson-Wise, 20 have been charged with armed criminal action and robbery in the first degree.
Police officials said three men went into a home on the 700 block of Stillwater drive armed with two guns. Court documents show the men were looking for marijuana.
Authorities are warning residents in the area to be on the lookout for a gun. One of the suspects who took off from the area on foot had a gun, but when police detained him a short time later, he no longer had it.
Police said the suspect with the gun might have been in the areas between Stillwater Drive to Bennett Springs Drive and Foxfire Drive.
Authorities said if a resident finds the gun, they should contact police immediately and do not handle it.
No one was hurt and no property damaged during the robbery.
