Deputies: Naked man tried to break into woman’s home
Boone County deputies have arrested a man on suspicion of trying to break into a woman’s home while he was naked.
On Thursday, the victim called 911 to report Nathaniel Bonaparte was naked and trying to get into her house on Trails West Drive. The woman told investigators she was in the shower when she heard her dog barking, banging at her front door, and breaking glass. When the woman looked through the peephole in her door, she said she recognized Bonaparte, who lives in the same area.
Bonaparte, 37, was arrested on a charge of attempted burglary, and was booked into the Boone County jail on a $150,000 bond. Bonaparte is a registered sex offender.
