Mihalevich, Costales win Jefferson City council seats

UPDATE: The final results are in – J. Rick Mihalevich won the Jefferson City Second Ward council seat, beating Bud Fisher. Glen Costales was also reelected to the Fourth Ward, after facing David Durbin.

Businessman Bud Fisher was up against incumbent J. Rick Mihalevich. After one term representing the Fourth Ward, Glen Costales was challenged by David Durbin, the former corporate director of research and regulatory affairs for St. Mary’s Health Care.

Councilmen Rick Prather, Erin Wiseman and Larry Henry will retain their First, Third and Fifth Ward seats, respectively, because they ran unchallenged.
