Police cancel endangered person advisory, man found safe
The Columbia Police Department has canceled an endangered person advisory for a missing person.
Authorities issued the advisory just before 4:00 Monday morning and canceled it just after 7:00 a.m.
They say 55-year-old Russel Farrel was found safe.
The advisory was issued after an incident at in the 2300 block of Highland Drive Sunday night.
Pertinent medical, mental, or other well being information apparently lead to the advisory.
