Update: Proposed Columbia apartment complex called “Rise on 9th”
New plan details are emerging on a proposed apartment complex in downtown Columbia.
The building and site developers are targeting the area on 9th and Locust.
They say it would be called “Rise on 9th” and feature more than 400 beds within eight of its ten floors.
It would also be a mix of studio, two, three and four-bed units and have about 100 parking spots.
