Four arrested in Callaway County drug bust
Callaway County deputies found heroin and methamphetamine during a bust near Fulton on Tuesday morning.
Working with the MUSTANG drug task force, deputies searched a home in the 4900 block of Larry Court shortly before noon. In addition to the drugs, deputies reported finding materials used to package narcotics.
Four people were arrested at the home: Carol Anderson, 22; Devin Terry, 29; Richard Hedges, 45; and Stephanie Northcutt, 17. Anderson and Terry were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Hedges and Northcutt were arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia. Both have since bonded out of jail.
