Police: couple robbed man at gunpoint over craigslist ad

ABC 17 News confirmed a couple has now landed behind bars in mid-Missouri, accused of plotting to rob someone on craigslist.

ABC 17 News got court documents on Monday for Morgan Williams and her boyfriend Tony Shaw. Columbia police claim they advertised online about selling an iPhone.

Officers believe Shaw later pulled a gun after arranging to meet the victim at an empty home in December. It was near the Super 7 Motel by Rangeline and I-70, where they were staying. Both just appeared before a judge Monday on the new charges.
