MU student arrested after allegedly selling drugs on campus

University of Missouri police say they arrested a student for allegedly selling drugs out of his dorm room on campus.

MU police tell ABC 17 News they received a tip alleging 19-year-old Matthew Wasserman was selling Adderall and LSD in his dorm in Hatch Residence Hall.

Based on that call, they were able to obtain a search warrant. They found marijuana, prescription bill bottles, alcohol and ecstasy.

While MU police did not have any specific information about the quantity of drugs found, they did say they discovered one unopened beer as well as a bottle of Fireball liquor.

MU’s online directory lists Wasserman as a freshman who is undeclared and studying business accounting.
