Charges dropped after 18-year-old Columbia man charged with rape, sodomy

ABC 17 News confirmed Tuesday a Columbia man is now charged with rape and sodomy.

18-year-old Arlonzo Cisneros-Ochoa was booked into the Boone County Jail on no bond.

Court documents said Cisneros-Ochoa allegedly pinned a 14-year-old girl down by her wrists and raped her while she struggled to free herself from him.

The alleged incident happened in late January, and a 9-year-old child witnessed the reported rape.

Court records said the younger child was crying and telling Cisneros-Ochoa to stop.
