Snow Thursday Night- UPDATE

Forecast snow amounts have decreased and have shifted farther northeast with minor accumulation expected mainly in eastern Boone, Callaway, Audrain, Randolph & Monroe counties where up to a half inch is expected through 3 AM.

The latest forecast models show the main band of snow slightly farther to the east, missing a large part of Mid-Missouri. Many areas could briefly see flurries or brief light snow but accumulating snow will affect mainly our far northeastern counties.

The morning commute will be dry but slick roads are expected in our northeastern counties where accumulated with temperatures in the low 20s Friday morning.
