Former teacher accused of child exploitation to appear in federal court

ABC 17 News confirmed Thursday that a former Miller Co. teacher accused of child sexual exploitation in Mid-Missouri will appear in court.

Stephen Strobel will appear in federal court at in Jefferson City at the end of March.

Strobel was a teacher at St. Elizabeth High School when investigators allege he produced child pornography.

He’s also charged with owning, sharing, and receiving child porn over the internet. S

Strobel was indicted by a federal grand jury back in November 2014.
