Camden Co. authorities arrest man for selling drugs
Camden County deputies and members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group stopped a suspected drug dealer north of Camdenton Thursday morning.
Osage Beach Police responded with their drug detection dog, who alerted to the presence of drugs in 35-year-old Joseph Mayer’s car.
Investigators found several plastic baggies with meth inside and drug paraphernalia in the car.
Mayer, of Sunrise Beach, is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and is being held in the Camden Co. Adult Detention Facility.
